This is a show stopping piece! A wire frame based on a Top Hat has been lovingly created and wrapped in Red Ribbon. Trimmed with 2 curled Ostrich Feathers for an opulent feel and finished with a red silk Chrysanthemum flower. Mounted on a band for stability, its a very special piece.
